في البدء، يود القسم القنصلي بسفارة الولايات المتحدة أن يهنئ جميع الفائزين في قرعة الهجرة العشوائية لأمريكا للعام 2016 الذين غادرو الي الولايات المتحدة. ان كنت أحد المتقدمين للعام 2016 الرجاء التحقق من بريدك الالكتروني الذي قمت بكتابته أثناء تعبئة استمارة التسجيل.
وقد بدأ القسم القنصلي مقابلات على من تم اختيارهم في قرعة الهجرة العشوائية لأمريكا للعام 2017 ، كما تم اخطار من وقع عليهم الاختيار عبر الدخول الي الموقع أدناه. ان كنت غير متأكد من وضعك يمكنك المعرفة عبر نفس الموقع. www.dvlottery.state.gov.

اذا كنت احد من وقع عليهم الاختيار، من المهم جدا أن تعد جميع اوراقك للمقابلة بما في ذلك جميع الوثائق المطلوبة والفورم كاملا لشخصك وجميع أفراد أسرتك المتأهلين للتأشيرة. من لم يحضر للمقابلة أو يأتي دون الأوراق المطلوبة كاملة سيفقد رقم التأشيرة ولن يتم اصدار تأشيرة.
التسجيل للعام 2018 مفتوح حاليا حتى 7 نوفمبر 2016، ويمكن التسجيل عبر الموقع أدناه. تأكد أنه لا يوجد رسوم للتسجيل ولابد من تزويد بريدك الالكتروني عند ملء الطلب والتأكد باستطاعتك علي الدخول اليه بسهولة مدار العام.

يجب على جميع المسجلين أيضا أخذ صورة فوتوغرافية حديثة التقطت خلال الستة أشهر الماضية. سيتم استبعاد من سجلو بدون صورة حديثة. كما يجب أيضا التقاط جميع الصور الفوتوغرافية دون نظارات.

نشجع جميع الراغبين في التسجيل باجراء الخطوات بأنفسهم وقراءة كل التعليمات بالكامل، مع إيلاء اهتمام خاص للتغييرات. من المهم أن تعلم أن اختيارك بشكل عشوائي لايضمن حصولك علي التأشيرة. الاختيار يعني أنك مؤهل للحصول علي تأشيرة التنوع.

U.S. Embassy Vice-Consul Discusses U.S. Diversity Visa Program

The Vice-Consul at the U.S. Embassy discusses the U.S. Diversity Visa (DV) program. First, the Consular Section congratulates all of the Diversity Visa winners from the 2016 program year that have travelled to the United States. If you are a DV-2016 applicant, please check the email account which you provided in your DS-260 application.
The Consular Section has begun interviews for the DV-2017 program year. Selectees (“winners”) were notified of their selection by logging into the ESC website at www.dvlottery.state.gov. If you are a DV-2017 entrant and are unsure of your status, please log onto the website.
If you have been selected, it is extremely important to show up well-prepared for your application appointment, including with all required documents and completed DS-260s for yourself and all of your elgible family members. Individuals who miss their visa application appointments, or come without all of the required documents, risk that a visa number will not be available and a visa will not be issued.
Registration for the DV-2018 program year is currently open and will close on November 7, 2016. Applicants can access the electronic DV entry form (E-DV) at www.dvlottery.state.gov. Please remember that there is no fee to enter. Entrants must provide an email address as part of their entry. The email address should be a personal email address that can be easily accessed throughout the program year. All entrants must also enroll with a recent photo, taken within the last six months. Entries without a recent photo will be disqualified. All provided photos must also be taken without eyeglasses.
We encourage all entrants to prepare and submit their own entries, reading all instruction in full, paying specific attention to foreign state of changeability instructions. Please also be aware that being randomly chosen as a selectee does not guarantee that you will receive a visa. Selection merely means that you are eligible to apply for a Diversity Visa.
